Mary Gadbois

President and Founder

For over twenty years, Mary has provided insight-driven marketing solutions in her role as President and Founder of Gadbois Research. With a passion for helping companies succeed and grow, Mary has established strong partnerships due to her strategic thinking, flexibility, and moderating skills.

Although Mary specializes in positioning, branding, concept development and new products research, she has significant experience in a variety of research topics, including advertising testing, awareness and usage studies, product testing, packaging research, and product development studies. As for industries, Mary has conducted research for many—including beauty/personal care, food, home products, health care, retail, apparel financial services, education, and office/home furniture.

During her formative years, Mary worked in financial consulting and banking before finding her passion for marketing research during her tenure at Helene Curtis Inc, now a division of Unilever.

Mary has her MBA in marketing and management from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management and her undergraduate business degree from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.


Nicole Reer

Quantitative Manager

Nicole utilizes her marketing know-how and expertise in quantitative research methods to consistently deliver strategic insights for clients. Nicole has over ten years of experience in marketing research, having spent time at Millward Brown, C&R Research, and Socratic Technologies before her tenure at Gadbois Research. Nicole holds a marketing degree from Western Michigan University.


Carole McDonald

Technology Manager

Carole plays a vital role at Gadbois Research, working on technology-based qualitative and quantitative studies. Keeping our operation in shape requires expert programming and data analysis skills—which Carole brings to the table. She has worked in technology for a school system as well as in consumer banking and holds a marketing degree from Michigan State University.


Amy Kane

Project Director

Amy’s strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail make her a valued member of the Gadbois Research team. She manages qualitative project communications, logistics and recruiting, and assists in producing final reports. Prior to joining our team, Amy worked in sales and account management for Nestle, Schering Plough, and Vivendi Games. Amy graduated from Western Michigan University with a degree in Marketing and Business Administration.

We also have developed strategic partnerships with other consultants and specialty providers if a project requires additional manpower or expertise.
